RETURNS

All returns must be made within 14 days of product receipt to be eligible for an exchange or return.

You can return your item if it is in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. You must also return the item in its original packaging.

There are several types of goods that cannot be returned. We do not accept products that contain hazardous materials, sanitary goods, or flammable liquids and gases.

REFUNDS (IF Eligible)

We will email you to inform you about the status of your refund once we have received your return. After approval, your refund will process and a credit will automatically be issued to your original payment method or credit card within 7-10 days.

 

SALE ITEMS

For a refund, only regular-priced products can be returned. Clearance and Final Sale items cannot be returned.

 

EXCHANGES

You can exchange an item that is damaged or defective if you are not satisfied with it. If the replacement item is not available, a refund will instead be issued. Send us an email at [email protected] if you wish to exchange the item for the exact same item.

 

SHIPMENT COSTS

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If applicable, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

HIGH-VALUE RETURNS

You should use a tracked shipping service if you plan to ship an item greater than $75. For any items returned that were lost during transit, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange without proof of shipment.

 

MISSING OR LATE REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you still haven’t received your refund, check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company. It may take a while before your refund is posted.
Next, contact your bank. It is common for a few days before a refund can be issued.

After we have approved the order refund, return, or exchange, the product must be returned to our warehouse at the following address: 14460 Myford Rd, Irvine, CA 92606, USA.

Shipping costs to return your item will be your responsibility. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. You will not be able to get a refund if you return shipping costs.

It may take up to a week for your product to arrive depending on where you live.

  4. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file.
  5. In order for Bambowear.com to ship a replacement product or process a refund for damaged or incorrect product we require a tracking number for the item returned.
